Elementary ELD Instructional Coach

I am currently an ELD Instructional Coach and Teacher Mentor for my district, working with both ESOL and mainstream teachers to help them differentiate and improve the quality of their instruction for English language learners. I also work with new ELD teachers to support them through their first year as an ELD teacher.
